Speaking Engagement Today with the Brandsource Group

I just finished my day with the Brandsource Group at their National Convention at the Marriott World Center in Orlando, Florida. I was the Key Note Speaker and opened the Convention this morning with a presentation on the United States Economy and why we are headed for growth over the next decade. I talked to a group of independent business owners about what is now being called the New American Industrial Revolution.

I had amazing feedback from the audience on how positive I made them feel about the future of our country and our prospects for a growing economy over the next ten years. I also had two presentations on Customer Service this afternoon. I discussed the reasons why creating a plan to make the consumer the most important person in your business will differentiate your store from all competitors. It was a great day with overwhelming response to my ideas.
